In digital art development, I have had recurring problems with this photoshop reporting "error" and needing to terminate the program. What could it be? Adobe's customer service I found unfortunate

Hi Jose.  You need to give us MUCH more information if we are going to have any chance of helping you.

 

What does the error message say.  Please don't use a screen shot if it is not in English.

What are you doing when this issue occurs?

Does it happen in both the release and beta versions of Photoshop?

What are your computer hardwar specifications?

 

Open Photshop and go Help > System Info > Copy and paste to this thread.

 

Any other information that you think might help.  The more the better.

You might check that your computer meets the minimum system requirements:

Or any of the known issues:

If it's none of those causing the issue, then you might try uninstalling and reinstalling Photoshop.

 

And if that doesn't help, then you might try the Adobe Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool:
