i think i broke my photoshop

i was deleting files off my compter and fear i may have deleted some important adobe files? none of my adobe apps open correctly they all open as a blank screen, i am not able to file open or file new on any of them and i am also not able to save. no help found for this problem, please help. i have re installed about 4 times now and still having this issue. i have clicked changed system prefrences, still nothing.

Chances are you've also deleted some system files try reinstalling Windows and then Photoshop apps

If you mess up your Mac, and you've set up Time Machine, just go back to the backup before you messed it up. If you don't have Time Machine, now you know why it's recommended...
