@anthonyr42451552 assuming you're using Photoshop 25.9, it's a known issue with older CPU's

Well I can't afford to upgrade my Laptop,so can I install an older LR which ran ok with my Laptop please?

This error can happen for a multitude of reasons, unfortunately.

What are your device's specifications (OS, CPU, etc...)?

Is everything - from your OS up to your drivers - up-to-date?

One thing to try is to install the latest Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributables:
