I want to draw lines with feet and inches notations

I want to draw plans for a trailer and I want to display feet and inches

Photoshop used to do this back in the Day. I can only conclude that photoshop cant do this anymore so I canceld my subscription.

Can any one recomend software that can do this?

Photoshop does have some measurement capabilities, but nothing like a proper CAD app.

I am not sure if you can still get a free version of SketchUp, which is what I use. It's super easy to use, and dimension is a breeze.

In photoshop you can change the Ruler Units.
