Question

I was asked by Adobe if a list of suggestions had resolved my problem.

No, none of this 'stuff' has solved my problem. I will tell you a secret, I am using (2) 30" monitors which are ideal for all of my apps, except Adobe Photoshop 2021.22.1.1

I have found that if I reset my resolution in Windows 10 to 100% (instead of the 150% I use with all my other apps, including Adobe Photoshop 2021 21.2.4) then Wow! problem solved and I can cure the cursor problem, of course, if reset to 100% I have to endure  tiny, tiny, items and need a magnifier to work in any of my apps and also to view my desktop icons.

Adobe, surely there is an average smart person on your staff that can react by saying something like, 'Oh yeh! I have seen that before and lots of people are complaining of this. We should resolve this problem today. I believe I can run a few lines of code and then we can shoot out an update with the fix before lunch today'!

If only Adobe employed some average smart people - the brilliantly smart people Adobe employs apparently cannot be bothered to fix a problem this easy to correct.

You do realise this community forum is answered by volunteer users and not by Adobe employees?

Personally, I've not seen that cursor issue in your other post. Have you reported the issue , in simple terms and giving full system details at the link below which is monitored by Adobe developers ?
