I would like my own brush selection panel (brush suitable for art landscapes)

I find the long list of brush id numbers difficult (age related).

Is it possible to hide the standard paint brush selection and display only the brushes I am used to using?

If so please explain or give me a link how to do this please?

Correct answer Trevor.Dennis

Are you using CC 2018?

If so you can delete all the default folders/groups, and make your own group, but you must have at least one group or the General groups will be reloaded the next time Photoshop is started.   There is a useful thread about it here

Brushes load automatically; intermediate folder added to new groups
