Icon Create new folder

Here an icon appears, creating a new folder.

There is no icon here as there is in PHOTOSHOP CS6

Is there a way to get the icon back?

I never use the icons for a new folder. I just right click to create a new folder.

I don't believe there is a way to get a New Folder icon without using some third party extension.

Photoshop cs6 uses the old Windows XP and older open/save dialogs, which differ from the newer Windows open/save dialogs.
