If I move layers with Trackpad it snaps back to original position

Hi, I am unable to move any layer with trackpad, if it move layer it snaps back to its original position. Although this works fine with mouse.

 

Below are my system details (if required):

Adobe Photoshop Version: 21.2.4 20200922.r.323 2020/09/22: 8e8e91e8543 x64 Number of Launches: 6 Operating System: Mac OS 10.14.6 System architecture: Intel CPU Family:6, Model:14, Stepping:13 with MMX, SSE Integer, SSE FP, SSE2, SSE3, SSE4.1, SSE4.2, AVX, AVX2, HyperThreading Physical processor count: 8 Logical processor count: 16 Processor speed: 2300 MHz Built-in memory: 16384 MB Free memory: 8788 MB Memory available to Photoshop: 13960 MB Memory used by Photoshop: 70 %

after resetting the references, have you resstarted the mac ?

Yes, even after the restart facing the same issue.

Update: If I drag a layer after pressing CMD + T it moves easily, but when I move directly selecting it doesnt

Thanks Eugenio for response, But unfortunately this didn't help. I am not able to move layers with trackpad or either with mouse. It only moves through keyboard. Resetting preference, Reinstalling the latest version both the things didn't help.
