"il file è danneggiato o non supportato" [The file is corrupt or unsupported — Lightroom]

Buongiorno,

io ho la versione 5 di Lightroom, aggiornata all'ultimo aggiornamento disponibile.

I file JPG provenienti da telefoni quali Honor e Hawei nuovi (hanno circa un anno) non riesco a caricarli e svilupparli. Compare l'errore "il file è danneggiato o non supportato", neanche l'anteprima è disponibile. Come posso ovviare?

Is this solely about Lightroom, or Lightroom and Photoshop?   If just Lightroom, then we need to move this to the Lightroom forum.
