iMac 2023 Silicon 14.6.1 / Adobe-Photoshop delete/uninstall-reinstall

I used migration assistant to transfer from one Mac to a new iMac (2023 iMac Silicon 14.6.1) .

After doing so I found Adobe says not to use migration assistant for Photoshop. If you have used the Migration Assistant you need to use a downloaded tool from Adobe called Creative Cloud Cleaner and use it to uninstall.  The new iMac under applications has an un-install feature for all of the Adobe Applications and folders I have. Cant I just use the Uninstall feature in Applications?  
I am also getting a message saying to use/open Photoshop I need to install Rosetta (enables intel based features to run on Apple Silicon Macs). Is Rosetta safe?

D Fosse, Thank you for your reply. I tried to emil you but I do not have permission per Adobe so this was my respnse yo you reply to me. Thank you much

Thank you for answering. Question, My understanding when it comes to the inner workings is little. That said, my wife does not use the Adobe cloud or sync anything with her Photoshop 2021. She uses PS to edit photos only. When a project/photo is completed to her liking it is saved in a folder on her desktop or in Apple Photos. 
Is it really necessary to "run log collector tool", Etc or can she just uninstall her 2021 Version of PS and update to the current Adobe as a fresh install on the new iMac since she isn't storing or syncing anything with PS.

Always install/uninstall Adobe applications from the CC desktop app. That's the central application manager. When you reinstall this time, download and install the CC desktop app first, and install Photoshop from there.

 

Newer Photoshop versions are Apple silicon native, so Rosetta is not applicable.

Hello D Fosse, Apologies for the numerous questions. I am recovering from a difficult open heart surgery and had a stroke during the surgery. The brain is not quite up to par. 

My question, I downloaded the CCC but in order to open it, it prompts me to download Rosetta. I cant open PS either as I get the same Rosetta prompt. 

It obvious that in order for me to continue this migration and re-install I will need to install Rosetta.

Once I am able to run the CCC will Rosetta go away as I understand (I think) that I do not need it per your response.

Additionally, My wife has somewhere in the range of 200 brushes and actions. How do I get these into the new Photoshop on the new iMac. 

THis Migration is much more intensenve that I expected as all of her other applications came across fine but the Adobe is going to put me back in the ER.Thank you for sharing your expertise.
