Image becomes distorted when rotating it

Hi there,

About a week ago Photoshop changed behavior when rotating images. Before, Photoshop would simply rotate the image, but now, it gets distorted and disproportionate, when rotating an image. I have looked at other threads in here regarding the interpolation, but it doesn't solve my propblem.

My interpolation setting is set to Bicubic Automatic.

I have dug through all possible settings, but I can't seem to find anything useful.

What am I missing here?
