Image Gone!!

Hi there,

I need help!

20 hours of work gone. I saved the file and closed down PS. At the same time Windows tells me that there was a problem and sending info to icrosoft.

When I reopend PS to continue work ... image is gone! File and name still show in Bridge and opens, but look what happened (see attachment).

Scrambled, all layers gone - no recovery even though it's set to every 10 minutes.

Is there any way of still getting it back?

also: preferences changed to opening with home page, tabs, etc ... things that I had set differently
