Image moves when using surface pro pen

New to the surface pro and have encountered a problem that when I blow up an image and want to do anything with the pen whether it be erasing or colouring etc. the image moves up and down with the movement of the pen. Very frustrating as can only use the pen when the image is actual size. Not good. Help???
