Image processor

Help! I use the Scripts>Image Processor to resize and watermark large batches of photos quickly as I am an event photog. It was working perfectly for one batch of images, then I ran the next set through and only every other image was processed correctly, every other image the watermark was really small. I am newer to PS and have no idea how to fix this but I need to fix it fast.
