Image processor is fixing the last saved file configuration in Jpeg, with new files getting flat, how to solve this problem?

Hi there,

Welcome to the Adobe Community!

What version of Photoshop are you working on? Could you try updating to the most recent version which is 21.0.1 via the Creative Cloud Desktop app and le tus know if it helps?

I am working with version 21.0.However the jpeg file is only proportionally saved to the same size as the PDF file if I first open it individually and save it in jpeg and then open multiple files with the image processor.

What to just wrote is not that helpful. I can not even figure what you did.  Photoshop edits documents  and can save image files like jpeg.   You wrote about Jpeg File and some un-described PDF file. Photoshop does not even support PDF files  but can import pages and images that a PDF file has into Photoshop as Photoshop documents as raster image layer. Can you provide all the details of what you actually did and what the problem you have is.  When you import from a PDF.  Photoshop PDF Import can indeed scale what you import.

There is a PDF Processor Script on the Web you may want to search for and download. I quite old as is the Image Processor script.  Paul was a very good at  scripting Photoshop when he was participating on the old Adobe forum site.

PDF file format is an Adobe Acrobat files format for publications not an image file format.
