Image sequence - Render video

I'm trying to render an image timelapse sequence and PS just gets stuck on the progress spinny bubble icon. I've attempted to reduce the file size of the images and number of images with no successful result. I can edit and add media, different clips and what not, just fine. Only when I render does it get bunged up. Images are jpeg normal quality, 5mb each and 300 total images. Not very many for a timelapse! Anyone have any tips?
