image snaps to top left hand corner

HI all

my photoshop is not working when I open an image the image snapes to the top left corner and I can't move it, this happened before I update to 22.0.1. 

I updated to Macos Big Sur but the problem was happing before and still not working.

Hope someone can give me some direction as I can't use photoshop.

Try resetting your Photoshop preferences, which you can do under the General tab in Photoshop preferences.
