Images crash Photoshop when imported from Lightroom Classic with GFX card on

Photoshop crashes whenever I try to import images as layers from Lightroom. This only happens when my 3090 Ti graphics card is enabled, and only happens when imported as layers. Adobe alerted me that there was a fix, but the only solution I saw that works is to disable the graphics card in Photoshop. 

I currently have the most up-to-date drivers installed. Is this a known issue currently with this graphics card?
