Images not loading or buging

Since I updated my Photoshop to its last version, my notebook get REALLY slow when I run it. It also bugs during work, turning any art/image/copy/anything into a kind of grey artboard, and took a few seconds to image appear again:

Graphics: Radeon Pro 560 4 GB / Intel HD Graphics 630 1536 MB

macOS Catalina, version 10.15.5

Anyone passing through the same issue? How to solve it?
