Quando apro alcuni file, tiff o jpeg, l'immagine che viene aperta è uno sfondo nero, la foto non si vede...su lightroom riesco ad aprire senza problemi. Quale può essere il problema?

When I open some files, tiff or jpeg, the image being opened is a black background, the photo is vede...su lightroom can't open without problems. What could be the problem?

Does turning off »Use Graphics Processor« in the Performance Preferences (Photoshop > Preferences > Performance > Graphic Processor Settings) and restarting Photoshop have any bearing on the issue?

What have you done for trouble-shooting so far?

Restoring Preferences after making sure all customized presets like Actions, Patterns, Brushes etc. have been saved might be a good starting point:
