Import CSV and update automatically

Hello,

First of all, I've read that the subject has already been discussed but couldn't find any answer. 

I'd like to automatically import and update my CSV file in my variables, each time the said CSV is overwritten (preferably online but it should be doable if the file is on my computer)

Currently, I'm forced to manually open my CSV, update etc and in my situation it's time consuming and I might miss some new entries, so I prefer not to worry about it. 

I don't know much - if not anything -, about coding, so if someone has already done it, I'd love to hear how I can do that. Apparently, it could be possible. If any senior dev can confirm this, that'd be great - and if someone can actually make it works for me, I'm all hear for your quotations!

I'm running on Win 10 64bits and Photoshop 23.1.1
