Importing Color Libraries in Photoshop for ipad

How can import a color library I have created on my desktop in Photoshop for iPad?
I see the image icon/libraries. When I go to a color palette I want to use it says...

"Use Photoshop on your computer tp curate images to reuse on this device"

What is saying that is supposed to happen on the desktop version in order for the iPad version to be able to import color palettes?
