Impossibile verificare lo stato dell’abbonamento

Hi all, from almost 10 days I can't use Photoshop or Lightroom because opening the apps it says

"Impossibile verificare lo stato dell’abbonamento"

My app are up to date and my plan is all regular payed monthly.

I've already tried to uninstall everything with the tool and tried to reinstall everything. But the issue is still here.

Can you help me?

Have you attempted to sign out and then sign back in to Creative Cloud?

Yes, done it nothing changed. Already tried to change my payment method on the website and nothing changed either.
