Impossible d'enregistrer volume réseau SMB Synology

Bonjour,

dans un réseau de mac, un poste en Mojave qui se logge avec le même compte que les autres mac ne peut pas enregistrer un fichier ouvert sauf attendre 5 mn avant de réessayer !!!

le fichier est ouvert, on clique sur enregistrer, il y a un message d'erreur disant qu'on a pas les droits nécessaires puis 5 mn plus tard, sans rien toucher il accepte de sauvegarder !!! Aucune logique dans tout ça.

Le volume est monté en SMB.

    Hi there,

    As suggested by Ged, Adobe does not recommend working with Networks or Removable media in Photoshop because when you save and open files across a network or from removable media, many variables affect application performance.


    Therefore, some problems occur more frequently when you work across a network or from removable media than from a local hard disk. (Network-related problems include damaged files, denied access, or slow performance.) In these situations, Photoshop can return one of the following error messages:

    • "Could not complete this operation because this file is in an unknown format."
    • "Could not complete the request because the file is locked."
    • "Could not save because of a disk error."

    Note: Problems using Photoshop files across a network or from removable media can be intermittent or delayed.

    working on a local drive is not an option !!

    All the staff work for years onto the network drive, thousands of people works like that all around the world, you can't answer "it's not supported, work on a local drive ".

    NAS in raid on a gigabit network has a suffisant speed access.

    The strange think is that it appears a "non authorize " message when trying to save and 5 minutes later, it works. The problem is new with Mojave i guess, and the same with Photoshop 2019 !.

    Thanks to help if you have the same behaviour.

    Adobe Technical Support only supports using Photoshop and Adobe Bridge on a local hard disk.
