Hi, I'm trying to make an effect where you can only see the magenta channel. So, I ctrl+click on the RVB channel, then i invert the selection and go to Edit --> Fill... but when i click OK, there's this message appearing that says it's impossible to fill because there's not enough source pixels on the selected layer.

The exact message is in french so i'll put in here just in case.

Impossible d'effectuer le remplissage car il n'y a pas suffisamment de pixels source sur le calque sélectionné.

I tried everything i know but nothing works.

Does someone have an idea ? Thanks !!!

Assuming "RVB" is a simple typo, the RGB channel is a composite of the Red, Green, and Blue channels. I'm confused as to how the Magenta channel falls into what you are doing. What gets selected when you select the inverse of the composite channel?

We need a screen shot that includes your Layer and Channels panels with the selection as well as the image.
