Impossible to work... Extremely slow - Photoshop 23.1 Mac

Hi there,

On Mac OS Catalina, Photoshop 23.1, latest version is slow like never before!!!

Mac (Retina 5K, 27-inch, 2020)

3,6 GHz 10-Core Intel Core i9

32 GB 2667 MHz DDR4

AMD Radeon Pro 5700 8 GB

Just simple things like zoom or move the image are crazy slow!

Anyone can relate? And is there a workaround?

Hi, if it is extremely slow I think you are not using GPU acceleration. Please take a look here to see if you can enable that:

Yes, I had to deactive the GPU for another issue a while ago. But now it's fine 🙂 All good. Thanks
