In a Windows 2 monitor environment, Save as reverts to default monitor

In a Windows 11 Pro for Workstations - 22H2  extended 2-monitor environment and w/ PS running on 2nd display,  "Save As" reverts to default monitor - but "Save As" GUI window only display top menu bar.

Work-Around:

Esc out of Save As, Move PS window from 2nd monitor to default screen and proceed w/ "Save As".

Full "System Info" pulled thru PS Help is available upon request.

    Open and Save dialogs are operating system dialogs. This is a Windows function, Photoshop just calls it from Windows.

     

    An operating system dialog should always reopen where it was last closed. So don't escape out of it - move it and then close it.
