In Photoshop 2024 version 25.11.0, Generative AI is not working and shows the error "Please check your internet connection and try again," even though the internet connection is fine. Can anyone help me solve this issue?

Can you try disabling your firewall to see if it could be blocking the AI? If it is you may need to add exceptions to your firewall for the AI to work.
