Hello everyone

I've an iMac 2011 version, and I trying to install photoshop but it tells me that's incompatible with my operative system.
So I tryed to do an upgrade from El capitan to High Sierra (the last operative system compatible with my iMac version) to resolve the problem but it didn't work.

With High Sierra I need version of Photoshop CC 2018 but seems it's impossible to install old versions of photoshop from new Creative Cloud App.

I tryed to search online any solutions but nothing was useful.

There's someone can help me?

Thank you

You can try downloading the CC 2018 Mac installer from this reputable site which links to the Adobe servers.

Adobe CC 2018 Direct Download Links: Creative Cloud 2018 Release | ProDesignTools

Once downloaded, double click the .dmg file and follow the prompts.

Thank you!!

I tried, but it still makes me go through the Creative Cloud app which keeps giving me an error message due to the lack of versions older than the current one.

At this point I think it's really a problem with my computer.

Unfortunately you are seeing what happens with out of date hardware and software. Both Apple and Adobe have stopped supporting High Sierra and older Macs. Your best bet is to upgrade to a newer computer. You can get a current Mac mini or MacBook Air (for example) for under US$1000, that will run all current Adobe apps.

I was afraid of this answer!
Unfortunately I imagined there were no alternatives!
I called support and they confirmed that older versions of the apps were not available.
All I have to do is change the computer!
Thanks anyway for the reply!
