InDesign CS6 crashing at Startup

So I installed Windows 10, and now we re-installed Adobe CS6 inDesign but whenever I start up inDesign it says "The program has encountered a problem and needs to close", the thing is though if I run it as an administrator everything works fine and no crashes. What's wrong/happening?
