Inner Bevel Problem

First please check attached screenshot. I have logo with silver metallic gradient. I need it in a3d look specifically inner bevel type look. I applied inner bevel but some parts of logo turned to mess. Please tell me few things I will be highly thankful.

Can I maintain this exact amount of inner bevel with same depth without any problem like attached?

If not then is there any other way to achieve this on exact same metallic silver logo?

Perhaps your problem is contour? Try to change Gloss Contour as shown in screenshot below. Try with Linear contour to see if anything changes toward your goal.
