Inner Glow Messes Up When Merged / Flattened

Hey guys. I'm having a problem with an inner glow. In my project it looks like I want it but once I flatten/convert to smart object, save as png, etcs, it blobs out. I attached a Photoshop project with the specific layer thats doing it, maybe it's just my computer. Can someone flatten it for me without warping and transparent background or just test it out? Thank you

You should always check blending at 100% zoom.

At zoom levels less than 66.7% the preview is made by combining 8 bit previews of each layer (even when the image layers are 16 bit). This is done for speed. In most images this is barely noticable but on some the difference can be significant.

100% zoom uses the full image data and bit depth for previewing and of course flattening uses full data. Hence 100% zoom before and after should match.

As an update to my post.  My project size is 30inch x 20inch 300dpi.

In the working project with the layers still active, at 64% zoom my "Inner Glow" effect would change from I originally saw it. For what I'm doing, I don't need to have the project at more then 30% zoom.

I ended up adjusting the "Choke" from 18 to 1 at 100% view and it stayed how I wanted it.

The file does not download for me.

Is the difference between layered and flattened version visible at View > 100%?

No, no difference after 64%. At 63% it looks like how I'd like it but at 64% it turns to how it looks flattened.

Seeing that I was able to adjust the glow settings. Thank you.

What does it look like comparing before and after, both at 100% zoom?

At 100% it looks like how it saves, all blotchy. I didn't notice that. After 64% zoom it look like the flattened version.
