install overlay purchased from adobe

Hi i just purchased overlay from adobe and install as a plug in but i cannot find any option to download. As i went to the site "Where to find"

PLEASE NOTE

This is not a Photoshop Panel. It includes photo overlays with Photoshop Action to use it quickly and PSD files with smart layers.

1. Run your Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop app. Downloading may take some time, please stay calm.
2. After complete downloading the archive 'PHOTO OVERLAYS BUNDLE FREE Updates.zip' will be downloaded to the ‘Downloads' folder or the one you selected.
3. Unzip the archive into a folder. Do not be discouraged if it is only URL file. There is a way to download.
After unzip, you will have the URL file named 'PHOTO OVERLAYS BUNDLE+FREE Updates – Download from Google Drive.url'

    Reading this, it sounds like you've purchased Photo Overlays with a Photoshop Action and PSD files. You won't find this in Photoshop. They are files only. The Action needs to be installed once you've opened your purchase.

    Once you open your Adobe Creative cloud Desktop app, the files you purchased will be downloaded to the ‘Downloads Folder' on your computer. They will be in form of a Zip file which needs to be extracted. When extracted you will find all the files you've purchased.

    So, the question is, does your downloads go to your Downloads folder on your computer? If so you will find them in your Downloads folder.  If not, have you directed your downloads to another folder?

    The problem is the files are not downloaded in my download folder and i cannot see any option where to download the file.
