Install previous version of Photshop (2020 or 2019 would work) on MacOS 10.13.6 High Sierra

Hello. I have an old Macbook Pro that is somehow still a Photoshop powerhouse. At least, it does everything I need when I'm traveling and need to backup and touch up photos. It is a Late 2011 Macbook Pro with 16GB ram and an upgraded processor, running 10.13.6 High Sierra. Until two days ago, I was using whatever the last compatible Creative Cloud Photoshop version is, I believe to be the 2020 release.

Here is the issue. My hard drive needed to be re-imaged which erased my applications. No problem, right? I've been able to retrieve older versions before with this process:

But none of my Apps show now, I guess because it's like a brand new computer without a download history with Adobe. After an extremely frustrating session with Adobe support, I'm here asking for help. How can I download an older version of Photoshop that will be compatible with my laptop? Phone and chat support said they cannot provide support for discontinued products. Updating the OS is out of the question as High Sierra is as far as this laptop will go. Buying a new laptop is not happening when this one still runs so well, and I have two iMacs at my home office for the bulk of my work. I need this to do some basics for me (LIKE IT WAS JUST TWO DAYS AGO).

I have also purchased several versions of standalone software from Adobe over the years, most likely CS6 being the last one. All of that was uninstalled on old computers years ago after the CC switch was made. I have not begun to look for any of those discs or serial numbers because I do not want to admit defeat when it seems so simple. Can't Adobe just send me a download package for PS CC 2020?

@bmcmur1 you can download Photoshop CC 2019 from the below link, Adobe customer care should be able to provide a download link to CC 2020, alas that version is not available from the ProDesignTools website
