Installation of Adobe photoshop 2020 at MAC [on macOS Sierra 10.12.6]

Hi I would like to install the 2020 version of photoshop. But I fall out at 195, asked to opgrade my system. See attachment with the details of my Mac. I suppose I can not install the 2020 version at my Mac, but I am not sure. Please advise me, I would apreciate very much if I can use the 2020 version. Very Best Regards Dorte

You need MAC OS version 10:13 or higher, more info
