I have read it should go but when I launch Photoshop, I can't see the plug-in. Running Windows 10 Pro, i5

Just in case another users searches a free kaleidoscope effect, there is one hidden in the + button one finds at the bottom of the Libraries panel (windows>libraries)

It uses the technology of Adobe Capture for its magic...

The plugin is a 32 bit plugin, so it would go in

C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop CS5.1\Plug-ins

Then you need to run the 32 bit version of photoshop cs5.1 in order to use the Kaleidoscope 2.1 filter.
