Hey, @Artem30121689by77. Welcome to the Photoshop Community. I've reviewed the crash report you've posted here & the reports you've submitted to us through the Crash Reporter dialogue.

Are you using any third-party plugins with Photoshop, specifically ON1? Try holding down the Shift key when you launch Photoshop & check if that helps.

You can also try removing or reinstalling the ON1 2023 plugins and see if that helps.
