interface unresponsive in full screen mode after hiding Photoshop

When i work in full screen mode with menu bar and PS (latest CC 2019) is has been hidden for a while, the interface is totally unresponsive. When is prees the keys for the tools, the switch porperly, but nothing works, no brush (B) no zoom ( (toggle with CMD-spacebar), no hand tool (cmd). The cursor also doesn't change to the correct icon. When i press three times to go back in the same screen mode everything works fine again.

Why is there always a problem when updating Adobe?

Start by resetting the preferences Preferences in Photoshop

Did you try resetting the prefs again? How much RAM do you have, what is your system set up?

I did not reset the prefs again, it takes a long time to rearrange everything, i am a professional, i don't have time to search for solutions myself. it just should work.
