invisible object editing frame

Hi

I have such a problem in Photoshop that when I click on an object and want to enlarge it, for example, I don't see the frame box lines after clicking, but I have to look for point on the screen with the cursor and than i click is the frame visible. I am enclosing for a better understanding video.
