I’m interpreting this as: Install Photoshop CC (done, on my Mac), perform some magic with this .zip file (that’s where I’m an idiot), and then I’ll have a mechanism for creating screens that conform visually to the official Apple standards.
This zip is mostly made up of a few .psd files including templates, glyphs, bars, etc. The first of the four videos on or near this page states that you have to install the SF UI font that is included in the .zip file (it is not). I was able to find that font elsewhere and install it outside of PS but PS is not aware of the font, even after a reboot… I’m ignoring that issue for now as it’s a warning not a shop stopper so far.
By clicking on individual .psd files from the expanded zip file, and somewhat randomly clicking on Library Install related buttons in PS CC, I did get to a point where I could drag and drop a specific UI Bar from the library into an app template (from the same zip). I could also WiFi connect my iPhone to the Mac and show the same screen on my phone that was being developed in the Mac. So I may have the concept down but am missing too many details of how the whole UI kit and PS work together.
My goal is to mock up a simple iPhone app for a video shoot this Tuesday for a Kickstart launch shortly thereafter. I cannot change the date of the KS campaign. Another option would be to jump into Xcode and create multiple static screens… I am only slightly more adept at that than I am in PS (but a beginner in both). The app doesn’t need to be active in any way, I just need the video person to be able to include a few shots that show a reasonable screen (or two or three).
I’m an embedded guy, not a GUI designer, so any feedback or suggestions will be greatly appreciated!!!

I've visited the link you gave us, it seems like iOS UI component warehouse, I built up my first wireframe by following PS wireframe tutorial, but I don't think it's best for this kind of works. PS is best for photo processing. I think there are quite a lot of web design tools has iOS UI components. So why bothter stick to using this way. ..
