IPad can’t login into account error message

I have a student subscription and have everything working on my PC. I also wanted to download it on my IPad. I can login into creative cloud but when I go to login into photoshop on the IPad an error message comes up saying," Upgrade failed due to an internal error. Please try again shortly." Have tried uninstalling and reinstalling cloud and the photoshop app multiple times. Anyone know of any possible solutions?

Hi @Collyn29664947t8h5 do you know if your school account has provisioned access to the mobile apps? You may want to contact your school IT admin to see if they allow it.
