iPad pro and photoshop drawing problem

Hello everyone, I have an iPad and I draw with apple pencil. I used Photoshop on my iPad Pro for the first time, but I had a problem. When I draw with Apple pencil, the line does not appear instantly but appears late. I made the necessary adjustments but it's still the same. Does anyone know how I can solve the problem?

    Hmmm....which model of iPad Pro do you have?

      Go to Settings > General for your iPad model and iPadOS. Do not include your serial number.

       

      In addition, is your Apple Pencil a 1 or a 2?

       

      What "necessary adjustments" did you make?

      As you can see from the video I sent you, it is obvious that the problem is
      not related to the model and software version. There are no different
      options in the settings section. Why does Photoshop program do this? Apple
