Hello, giving some information about your setup might be good... Help>system info and give us the top part with the OS, Ps version...
Also, as Kukurykus asked, please tell us which script you are trying to use?

Your original post was void of useful information, so apart from the Script Kukuryjus already asked for you may also want to provide the file on which the operation failed or at least a screenshot of the pertinent Panels etc.
