Is it legal to sell image of custom gradient with slices of Adobe Photoshop Gradient Editor

I am new to selling online. I'm wondering if it's legal to sell a gradient image made in Photoshop with slices
of small images of Gradient Editor from Photoshop which describe features of gradient like the one in the
picture.
Is it legal to sell pictures of parts of Adobe Photoshop software that are in the main picture as
shown below the gradient picture?
To describe the gradient, I cut out a part from Photoshop and put as an
example what can be seen at the bottom of the image. There are three images of the gradient that are
actually slices of Gradient Editor in front of which is a description of the color.

There are legal requirements around inclusion of screenshots including whether a screenshot can be used in part (it cannot without explicit permission), attribution and use to which it can be put. See guidance at link below:

Thank you for your reply. Now I know that I need explicit permission. Is there any chance that Adobe Photoshop files like .PSD, gradients (.GRD), patterns and other will be able to be sold as NFT in the future?

Do you mean selling it as NFT ?
