Question

Is it possible to save a 3D camera view as a preset that can be loaded to a new file?

I'm building 3D objects in Sketchup, then exporting those as 3D Studio .3ds files, and importing in to Photoshop for lighting.  I can save preset complex lighting, but don't see any way to save a preset for the camera angle.  (In Photoshop CS6, the camera angle exported to the .3Ds file, but no longer in Photoshop CC)  I need this, because I'll go back to Sketchup to make changes to the model, then re-export and re-import to Photoshop...  I'd love to easily get to the same camera view I've already worked out in a prior round.  I'd also like to be able to export materials attributes the same way, so I don't have to redo reflectances and shininess.....

Any help appreciated!

Thanks
