Is Photoshop on iOS $9.99 even for Adobe CC subscribers?

I installed it and now it's saying $9.99 per month. I pay monthly already for Adobe CC so is this not included?

Edit: I should note that my Apple ID is not the same email as my Adobe ID

Apple ID does not have to be the same email as Adobe ID. Sign in with your Adobe ID in Photoshop App.
