Most inexpensive Windows laptops will have a lousy display, slow video card, and cheap build quality. Check out some buying guides and reviews, but Bojan nailed the basics.

The Dell Inspiron does meet the recommended specs, but you would want to "future proof" and do some searches on the work you want to do with it.

Full proof for the future. That's something good to keep in mind. Thank you and thanks for the link. Some of it, I sort of understand, but I will have to look into it more to wrap my head around it. If you have any laptops suggestions, I would deeply appreciate it.
Have a wonderful day

This benchmark indicates that the GPU is sufficiently capable https://www.videocardbenchmark.net/directCompute.html The amount of RAM is just sufficient since the minimum requirement is 1.5GB, although it is advisable to have 3-4GB.

Intel® Core™ 7 processor 150U is good enough.

16GB of RAM is sufficient, but it might not be enough to run Photoshop and other Adobe applications smoothly at the same time.

1 TB, M.2, PCIe NVMe, SSD is OK.

Hello again this is Debra, I am also thinking about this other computer. If you could let me know what your thoughts are with running Photoshop 2024.

Thanks

Although it may work for now, I fear this is not a good option because this laptop features an integrated graphics card, which is insufficient for the task, at least in my opinion.

Thank you so much. I believe that is what happened with my last HP laptop. I'm retired and just living off my benefits so my cash flow is very small. Just trying to find a computer under $1000 that I can work on my artwork with and create digital images for my website. Are there any computers that you can suggest? I would deeply appreciate that.
Thank you and have a beautiful day
