Is there a way to add face that is undetected in neural filters?

When using the Neural Photo Restoration filter there are times when one or two faces are not detected. Is there a way to add a face to the selection that will be restored by the filter?

    I wonder if it's a resolution issue. How big is the image or, at least, the faces in the image?
