Is There a way to Convert a PSD to a PSB File?

I was working on a different sketch program and saved it as a PSD. I had to exit the program and figured I'd just open that previously saved version. Apparently it was saved at 2.05GB and that sketch program couldn't open it. Then Photoshop couldn't open it. The file is there, it exists, but I figured there has to be some way of even getting to it. I can't even edit anything because it just won't open.

The only way I can figure, before completely starting over, is to somehow comvert the PSD to a PSB? Is that possible?
