Is there a way to lock the image when you are transforming?

I'm using a projector to trace an image in the wal and sometimes I need to readjust it using the distor tool. The problem is that when I drag the corners of the adjustment points the image get decentralized. Is there a way to prevent the image to not scrolling when I move the adjustment points out of the box?

    Solved, I've disabled photoshop overscroll on preferences and it worked
